These are the Amendments to the Eventbrite Terms of Service for Argentina. To learn more about Eventbrite's Legal Terms, take a look here.
If you are a User located in Argentina, then the following modifications to the Conditions of Service will be applicable to you:
1. You are contracting and accepting the Terms of Service (in all its parts) with Eventbrite Argentina S.A., with address at República del Líbano 981, Godoy Cruz, Province of Mendoza, Argentina, registered with the CUIT: 30-71038876-4 (“ Eventbrite Argentina"). All references to Eventbrite, "we" or "our" in the Terms of Service (and in all parts thereof) refer to Eventbrite Argentina.
2. Section 6.7 (Notices) is amended as to the name and address of the entity that will receive notices to read as follows:
Eventbrite Argentina S.A. CUIT: 30-71038876-4 Republic of Lebanon 981, Godoy Cruz Mendoza Argentina Attn: Legal Department
3. If you are domiciled in the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antártida and Islas del Atlántico Sur and/or if you organize an event in those Provinces, you will not be able to use the Service and Eventbrite will have the right to apply the measures provided in the Terms of Use .
