When you order tickets on Eventbrite, an account is automatically created using the email address you enter at checkout. To access your tickets, log in with the same email in the Eventbrite app or website, then go to Tickets.
Where to find your tickets
On the website
- Log in to your Eventbrite account.
- Go to Tickets.
- Select your order.
On the iOS app
- Log in to your Eventbrite account.
- Tap Tickets.
On the Android app
- Log in to your Eventbrite account.
- Tap Profile.
- Find your order and tap Tickets.
Via email
- Open the confirmation email from Eventbrite.
- Select Go to my tickets.
If you can't find the confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder.
If you’re unable to log in
If you've logged in before and are having trouble, try resetting your password.
If you’ve never logged in:
- Verify your email address. Enter the email address associated with your tickets and select Continue.
- Check your inbox for an email from noreply@event.eventbrite.com with the subject line: Activate your Eventbrite account.
- Open the email and select Set a password.
- Enter your password and select Update password.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Once you’ve verified your email address, you’ll be taken to Tickets in your Eventbrite account, where you can access and manage your order.
If your tickets are not showing up
This is usually caused by one of the following:
- Different email address — you may be logged in with a different email address than the one used to place the order.
- Typo at checkout — the email address on the order was misspelled.
- Device is offline — if you haven't accessed your tickets before, you won't be able to load them without an internet connection.
If you still can't find your tickets, the Find My Tickets tool can help you track down your order. If you don't know which email address you used, try finding your order by purchase details and select I don't know when asked for an email address.
If you used Apple’s Hide My Email feature
If you ordered tickets on an Apple device and used Sign in with Apple with the Hide My Email feature, your tickets linked to an Apple-generated email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) — not your personal one. Logging in to Eventbrite with your regular email won't show those tickets because they’re linked to the hidden email address.
To find the hidden email address:
- Open Settings on your Apple device.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Select Eventbrite from the list of apps (if it appears).
- If Hide My Email was used, you’ll see an email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
To access tickets ordered with a hidden, Apple-generated email:
- Log out of Eventbrite.
- Select Sign in with Apple and complete the sign-in process.
- Go to Tickets.
