Change your Eventbrite account email address

You can only change your email on the website — not in the app.

1. Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Account Settings.
2. Select Change Email → Change under your current address.
3. Enter the new email address and your password.
4. Select Save. You'll get a confirmation from noreply@event.eventbrite.com.

The new email can't already be linked to another Eventbrite account. If you're transferring account ownership, see this article instead.

Note: If you signed up with Apple, you'll need to set a password before you can change your email.
