If you are a User located in Brazil, then the following changes to the Eventbrite Terms of Service apply to you:
1. Clause 1.4 (Contracting Party) is amended and takes effect with the following new wording:
You are entering into these Terms of Service (and all parts thereof) with Eventbrite Brasil Gestão Online de Eventos Ltda, a limited liability company, headquartered in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, at Av. Engineer Luiz Carlos Berrini, b. 1748, 22nd floor, Conjunto 2203, Sala 15, Cidade de Monções, São Paulo /SP, CEP 04. 571-000, enrolled under CNPJ/MF under nº 15.913.672/0001-65 and with its Social Contract registered with the Board Commercial of the State of São Paulo under NIRE 35.226.513.555 ("Eventbrite Brasil"). All references in these Terms of Service (and all parts thereof) to "Eventbrite", "us", "we" or "our", refer to Eventbrite Brasil.
2. Clause 6.7 (Notices) is amended and takes effect with the following new wording:
Notices may be emailed or mailed to Users at addresses indicated in their registration with the Eventbrite Services. Through the Services, notices about changes to these Terms of Service or other matters may also be sent, presenting the notices or links to the notices to the User in general in the Services. 3. Clause 6.9 (Applicable Law) is amended and takes effect with the following new wording:
Except as set out in Section 6.10 below, if you are a User located in Brazil, these Terms of Service and the provision of the Services to the User are governed by Brazilian law.
4. Clause 6.12 (Forum) is amended and takes effect with the following new wording:
Any dispute or claim must be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil. You and Eventbrite agree that such forum is convenient.
5. Clause 7 (Right of Repentance) becomes part of the Terms of Service with the following new wording:
Information about the Right of Withdrawal:
The Participant may regret the purchase of the ticket(s) for the event(s) by requesting the cancellation of the purchase and the refund of the amount(s) paid by contacting the Organizer through the Eventbrite website (www.eventbrite.com.br).
In case of regret of the purchase of ticket(s) for the event(s), the amount(s) paid by the Participant will only be refunded if the cancellation is requested by the Participant:
a. within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase of the ticket(s); b. and up to 2 (two) days before the date of the event, even if the ticket(s) was purchased less than 7 (seven) days before the date of the event.
