If you'd like to keep a copy of your conversation with Eventbrite Support, you can download it directly from the chat window.
How to download your transcript
- Open the chat window.
- Select the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner.
- Select Download transcript.
A .txt The file with your conversation will be saved to your device. The file includes the most recent 500 messages of the chat.
Good to know
- The transcript downloads instantly — there's no need to wait for an email.
- We do not automatically send a copy of your chat transcript by email. If you'd like a record of the conversation, please download it using the steps above before you close the chat window.
