You can update the information on your order (such as your name or email address) directly from your Eventbrite account.
Before you start — check if this applies to you
- You can only update order information if you were the original purchaser and the event organizer allows changes. If you can't update your order, contact the organizer directly.
- You cannot change the number of tickets, billing address, or credit card/payment method used.
- To add more tickets, place a separate order.
- To switch to a different ticket type, follow these steps instead.
- If you change the email address on your order to someone else’s, the new owner will receive an email to claim the ticket. The order will remain visible in your account.
How to edit your order
- Log in and go to Tickets
- Select the order you want to update
- Click Edit
- If you don't see an Edit option, the organizer is likely not allowing changes — click Contact the organizer to request any updates
- For events that collect information per ticket: click Edit next to the specific ticket. If that option is not visible, your changes will apply to the entire order
- Make your changes and save
