The Check-ins report provides insight into your attendees’ event check-in times. Use this report after your event to check who attended. To review and export the report, go to your event dashboard and select Reporting. Then select Event reports and choose Check-ins. To review this report for multiple events, go to Reporting in your Eventbrite account. Access to the Check-ins report requires permission to view “Basic reports.” If you’re not the account owner, contact them to check if you have this permission.

Download a Check-ins report for one event
1. Go to your event dashboard.
Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events. Then select your event.
2. Go to “Reporting” and select “Event reports.”
3. Choose “Check-ins” (under “Box office”).
Your report will display a preview of up to 25 rows. To review all check-ins, export your data.
Only tickets that are checked in are included in this report. When scanning tickets, make sure the scan behavior in your Organizer app settings is set to "Default" to check in attendees.
4. Export your data.
Select the file type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:
- CSV or .csv file (recommended for reports with more than 1 million records)
- Excel or .xls file
Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the Exports tab.
5. Optional: Filter your report.
You can filter your data by:
- Order date range
- Check-in status
- Include guests
Download a Check-ins report for multiple events
1. Go to “Reporting.”
Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then select Reporting.
2. Choose “Check-ins” (under “Box office”).

3. Select which events to include in your report.
Choose your events and select Run report.
4. Optional: Select a date range.
5. Optional: Filter your report.

- Currency (if orders were placed in multiple currencies)
- Check-in status
- Include guests

6. Export your data.
