Download your Promotion codes report to view a record of attendees who used a promotional discount or access code when purchasing tickets to your event. To get started, go to Reporting in your event and select Event reports. Then choose Promotion codes. If you want to download report data for multiple events, go to Reporting in your Eventbrite account instead.

Download a Promotion codes report for one event
1. Go to your event dashboard.
Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events . Then select your event.
2. Go to "Reporting" and select “Event reports.”
3. Choose “Promotion codes” (under “Marketing”).
4. Optional: Filter your report.
You can filter by:
- Code
- Tickets & add-ons
5. Export your data.
Select the File type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:
- CSV or .csv file
- Excel or .xls file
Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the Exports tab.
Download a Promotion codes report for multiple events
1. Go to “Reporting.”
Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then select Reporting.
2. Select “Promotion codes” (under “Marketing”).
3. Select which events to include in your report.
Choose your events and select Run report. You can filter by All, Upcoming, or Past events, or search for events by title.
4. Optional: Filter your report.
You can filter by:
- Code
- Tickets & Add-ons
- Order date range
- Currency (if your organization has multiple currencies)
- Start date & time (if you’re downloading report data for All events)
5. Export your data.
Select the file type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:
- CSV or .csv file (recommended for reports with more than 1 million records)
- Excel or .xls file
Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the Exports tab.
